As you dine in the refined ambiance of a top restaurant in Glasgow, digital laser projections transport you to Scotland's majestic landscapes, immersing you in the country's natural beauty.
Our team of esteemed master distillers, brewers, and chefs will guide you through a meticulously crafted 5-course menu that seamlessly blends tradition and innovation, showcasing the very essence of Scotland's flavours. Each dish is a masterpiece, inspired by the changing seasons and using the finest locally sourced ingredients.
Come savour the rich heritage and contemporary creativity of Scotland's culinary world, and embark on an unforgettable gastronomic adventure.
Here's a taster of what you can expect:
- The Glenlivet Whisky Tasting: Hand-dived king scallop, accompanied by Stornoway black pudding, garlic potato, and green apple.
- Talisker Whisky Tasting: Macsween's haggis served with neeps, tatties, and a sumptuous Glenlivet whisky cream sauce.
- Caorunn Gin Tasting: Irresistible roast loin of venison, wrapped in a Stornoway black pudding roll, complemented by a delightful carrot and parsnip puree. Served with crispy potatoes featuring hints of chorizo and Isle of Mull cheddar.
- Innis & Gunn Beer Tasting: Indulge in a symphony of flavours with a delectable Irn Bru cheesecake, accompanied by a traditional cranachan and a heavenly Johnnie Walker chocolate ganache.
- Johnnie Walker Whisky Tasting: Experience the richness of Isle of Mull cheese, paired with caramelised onion chutney, and accompanied by traditional oatcakes.

Please note that the date of the experience may change as the supplier needs to fill up the 10-person slot in order to run the experience.
We kindly request that you confirm your attendance two weeks in advance. The availability for this exclusive experience is limited, and we retain the right to suggest alternative dates in case the initially confirmed date needs to be changed.
Any booking cancelled 14 days before the start of the day is non-refundable.
Up to two weeks before the experience, rescheduling comes at no cost. We will try to accommodate any reschedule made less than 3 weeks before the start of the experience.

Available every Thursday from May – October at 2:30pm – 5:00pm.
Please allow at least 3 hours for the whole experience.
Validity
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
Who Can Go
- Under 18's are welcome. The whisky, gin and beer tastings will be replaced with mocktails or soft drinks.
- Dress code: For male guests, jacket attire (including quilted jackets) is advised. For ladies, smart cocktail attire is advised.
- The restaurant has level access from the main entrance to the dining area and toilets (including accessible toilet).
- All staff have disability awareness training.
- Not suitable for those following a vegetarian or vegan diet.
What about Insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
