This Indian Cooking Masterclass is a full-day, hands-on experience designed for absolute beginners and confident home cooks alike who want to upgrade their cooking skills in the most delicious way possible.
You’ll be welcomed into a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where you’ll explore the vibrant world of Indian spices and cooking techniques that you can recreate at home. And with a maximum of just 6 learners per class, you’ll get plenty of guidance, and space to really get stuck in.
Across the day, you’ll cook an incredible feast from scratch. An Indian starter with a flavour-packed dip, a beautifully spiced main curry, a comforting vegetable side dish, perfectly fluffy basmati rice, and even freshly made Indian flatbread.
Even better, you’ll master key techniques that unlock endless home-cooked possibilities. You’ll learn how to build a versatile curry base, create authentic dhal or vegetable sides, balance spices like a pro, and understand how different spice blends transform a dish. You’ll also get hands-on with dough-making, rolling, and cooking flatbreads, plus all the secrets to perfect rice every single time.
Everything is provided for you, apron, ingredients, equipment, drinks, and lunch. You won’t go home empty-handed either. You’ll leave with takeaway packs of your creations so you can proudly share (or secretly keep!) your culinary masterpiece.
