The Shard is typically open from Wednesday to Sunday. Some date restrictions may apply. The Shard has a strict no changes policy.

The View from The Shard schedule bookings up to 3 months in advance only.
However, please note that Friday or Saturday night bookings (from 5.30pm) cannot be booked more than 48 hours in advance (availability for dinner on Friday and Saturday is released at 09.00 on Wednesday and Thursday respectively of that week).
Some date restrictions, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day and Valentine's Day will apply.
Please allow approximately 1 hour 45 minutes for your meal.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

It’s around a 30-minute walk from The Shard to London Steakhouse Co., so it’s worth bearing that in mind when booking, but for us, the walk was completely worth it.
The restaurant had a lovely classy feel and a great atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was the service — second to none. We couldn’t have felt more welcome throughout our visit.
It’s not something we would normally treat ourselves to, but we received the experience as a Christmas gift voucher, and it was such a lovely change from our usual plans. We had a wonderful day/evening and would definitely recommend it! 🥩✨
Very nice place ,good food.
The restaurant itself was pleasant enough but with a slight air of urgency (although this did mean you didn;t have to wait long for your food). I would say, think Carter and Miller with a bit more brass and ceremony. The waiter tried to sell us additional food and drink outside our voucher but was not difficult, snobbish or pushy about it. The food itself was delicious and in decent portions, although I think the steak could have come with one side. The desserts seemed a slightly lower standard than the other courses but still enjoyable. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

The meal was heavily surcharged. Even a prawn cocktail starter was a £3 surcharge. We paid £154 for our meal on top of the voucher (this included a bottle of the house wine)
