Choose between a five-course Saturday lunch or an eight-course dinner, available Wednesday to Saturday, with each menu created by Head Chef Jamie Keeble and his talented team.
Celebrating the very best seasonal produce from the Swinton Estate, its tenant farmers and trusted Yorkshire suppliers, each carefully considered course showcases exceptional ingredients and creative modern British cooking.
Your experience begins with a drinks reception featuring seasonal aperitifs before taking your seat at the Chef’s Table. From here, you’ll enjoy a five or eight-course tasting menu, depending on your chosen voucher, with dishes prepared and presented right before your eyes. Carefully selected wine and non-alcoholic drink pairings complement the food and add another dimension to this memorable dining experience.
At the heart of Chef’s Table is Swinton Estate’s estate-to-plate philosophy. Much of the produce is sourced from the spectacular 20,000-acre estate itself, including ingredients grown in its working kitchen garden and seasonal produce gathered through foraging. With menus evolving throughout the year, every visit is a celebration of the season and the flavours of Yorkshire.
Head Chef Jamie Keeble brings an impressive fine-dining background to Swinton Estate, having previously worked at Michelin-starred Mýse as well as acclaimed restaurants including Ynyshir and Lords of the Manor. Recognised as a Rising Star by the National Restaurant Awards in 2026, Jamie has also appeared on Series 21 of BBC’s Great British Menu. His ingredient-led approach focuses on modern British cooking, allowing outstanding seasonal produce to take centre stage.

The following diets can be accommodated: Vegetarian, Pescatarian, No Shellfish, and if guests are pregnant.
Gluten free and dairy free diets cannot be accommodated.
Guests with specific intolerances may need to miss certain courses if they can't be accommodated. The provider will endeavour to accommodate all allergies; however, they cannot guarantee to be completely allergen-free, as allergens may well be present in their kitchen.
Dislikes
Due to the nature of the dining experience, it is not possible to cater for dislikes. Guests are asked to keep an open mind with regards to menu composition and preparations.
8 Course Dinner: Wednesday to Saturday - 7pm to 11pm
5 Course Lunch: Saturday - 12:30pm to 2:30pm

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
