There's no denying it – Christmas in London isn't complete without a visit to Hyde Park's magical Winter Wonderland!

Nestled in the heart of the city, this enchanting winter extravaganza runs for an unforgettable 6 weeks, from November 17th to January 1st. If you're a Christmas enthusiast who finds joy in twinkling lights, sipping mulled wine, and indulging in festive street food, then a trip to Winter Wonderland is an absolute must.

As you step into this winter wonderland, you'll be greeted by the warm glow of 100 charming traditional wooden chalets. These delightful stalls offer a treasure trove of unique gifts, traditional Christmas decorations, and mouthwatering culinary delights. It's the perfect place to find that special something for your loved ones or to treat yourself to some festive treats.

But it's not all about the shopping. Winter Wonderland offers array of attractions that'll surprise and entertain. You can choose tickets that include either 1 or 2 attractions with your Winter Wonderland entry.

Ice skating: Get your skates on and glide gracefully across the UK's largest outdoor ice rink, nestled under a canopy of twinkling lights and encircling the iconic Victorian bandstand.

Zippos Circus: Be awed by the seasonally-themed Zippos Circus for fast paced fun and acrobatic and comic routines, all housed under the Circus Megadome – the largest tent in the UK.

The Big Wheel: For the best views of Winter Wonderland and beyond, take a ride on the The Big Wheel. As you soar 70 metres high, London's iconic skyline will appear in spectacular fashion.

Munich Looping: The world’s largest transportable rollercoaster lands at Winter Wonderland. Are you brave enough to take fly through five sky-high breathtaking loops? It's not for the faint hearted!

Magical Ice Kingdom: Immerse yourself in a mythical frozen world inspired by Norse mythology. Crafted by expert sculptors from over 5000 tonnes of snow and ice, it's an impressive sight.

Bar Ice: The coolest bar at Winter Wonderland is open for business where the tables, chairs and glasses are all carved out of ice. Be sure to wrap up warm, it's a chilly -10°C inside!

Ice Mountain - This popular indoor spinning rollercoaster gives you a thrilling experience of the Arctic as you ride through mountain caverns and see dazzling northern lights.

Other attractions include Cirque Berserk, the Real Ice Slide, EuroCoaster, and The Time Machine.

So, don your cosiest Christmas jumper, treat yourself to your favourite Yuletide tipple, and prepare for some serious festive fun at Winter Wonderland!

Important to Note

It is recommended to use public transport to get to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland.
The tube stations nearest to Winter Wonderland can get very busy, for a quieter journey, use Bond Street, Victoria and Knightsbridge. Bond Street and Green park have step free access.

2 hour arrival time slots start from 10am. Last entry is at 9:30pm.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

There is no cloakroom available and guests must take full responsibility for their own belongings.
For safety, bag searches will take place at the point of entry to the event.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

FAQs

What type of hotel will I be staying in?

Hotels featured in this experience are allocated to you, subject to availability, under a non-amendable and non-refundable basis once booked.

You will be staying in either a 3* or a 4* hotel depending on what you have selected.

Can I stay an extra night or add another person to the stay?

Extra nights are available subject to availability for a supplement. Extra adults/children can be added subject to availability for a supplement.

Is breakfast included with my hotel stay?

Unless specified, breakfast is not included.

How do I book this experience?

You will need to fill out a booking form with the experience provider. This form will ask you for details such as your contact details, the name of the attraction you want to visit and whether you'd like this on the day of arrival or the following day, the number of rooms required, your preferred check in dates, and your WonderDays voucher code.

By submitting this form your WonderDays vouchers will become non-refundable and cannot be changed.

What happens next?

The experience provider will contact you within 72 hours to acknowledge your booking request. They will liaise with you to confirm entry to the attraction and which day you'd like to visit it on, as well as confirm your hotel location.

You will then be emailed a booking confirmation for your attraction and overnight stay. Please read this carefully as it will contain important information regarding your booking. Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder in case your filter has placed them there.

When will I get my attraction tickets?

Your attraction tickets will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your arrival date, often sooner. These can be printed or shown on a mobile device.
