River Cruise
The river cruise ticket can only be used once, on the date you have chosen to travel as indicated in your booking form.

Journey Times:
Liverpool Pier Head, Gerry Marsden - Seacombe, Wirral (single route): 20 minutes
Seacombe, Wirral - Liverpool Pier Head, Gerry Marsden (single route): 30 minutes
Full route: 50 minutes

The experience provider has two historical vessels The Dazzle and Royal Iris of the Mersey. They reserve the right to change the vessel service, due to operational reasons.

Please arrive at the terminal ready for boarding 15 minutes before the departure time.

During weekends, school and public holidays, we encourage visitors to travel on the earlier daytime sailings if possible.

Please note: River cruises do not run on the 25th - 26th December & 1st January.

Hotel Stay

Hotels featured in this experience are allocated subject to availability, under a non-amendable non-refundable basis once booked.

Please note that seasonality, major events, public holidays etc can affect hotel availability.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Please advise of any accessibility requirements when redeeming your voucher
Toilets (including accessible toilets) are available in the terminals and on the ferries
All ferries and terminals are wheelchair accessible
Please note that the link span bridge, which connects the ferry terminal to the landing stage, can be quite steep, especially at low tide
Dogs are allowed on board the ferries but must be on a short lead
There is a café on board the ferries selling drinks and snacks

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

A range of 3* and 4* hotels will be considered for you and the 3 best hotel rooms available for the dates you've requested will be sent to you, for you to choose from.

Please note that seasonality, major events, public holidays, etc can affect hotel availability.

Remember, there are no hidden costs or extras to pay!

What happens next?

When you book, you'll be able to choose your location and the dates of your stay.

Once we have received your date request, please allow 24 hours for an email from us with three of the best hotel rooms to choose from, available at that time.

Once you have chosen a hotel room, your booking will be placed with the hotel and all booking confirmations will be forwarded to you.
