As well as theatre tickets for 2, you'll be staying in either a 3* or 4* central London hotel (twin or double room), ideally situated for all of London's iconic attractions. Whether you're visiting The Shard, enjoying the views from the London Eye or touring London's finest eateries, it'll be the perfect base to unwind at the end of a busy day.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
What theatre seats will I get?
The seats you will be allocated are subject to availability and will generally be Grand Circle, Upper Circle, Dress Circle/Circle or similar.
Can I upgrade my seats?
Yes, you will have upgrade options that include stalls, when submitting your booking. Please specify in the "special requests" box that you'd like an upgrade. Again, these are subject to availability and an upgrade fee.
What theatre show dates can I book?
Each theatre show normally plays at one West End theatre for the duration of its run. Performances typically take place Tuesdays to Sundays with evening and matinee showings but this will differ show to show.
You can specify your preferred dates when booking with the experience provider.
Please note, some theatre shows have a limited run time and wherever possible we will note this in the experience details.
What type of hotel will I be staying in?
Hotels featured in this experience are allocated to you, subject to availability, under a non-amendable and non-refundable basis once booked.
You will be staying in either a 3* or a 4* hotel depending on what you have selected.
Can I stay an extra night or add another person to the stay?
Extra nights are available subject to availability for a supplement. Extra adults/children can be added subject to availability for a supplement.
Is breakfast included with my hotel stay?
Unless specified, breakfast is not included.
How do I book this experience?
You will need to fill out a booking form with the experience provider. This form will ask you for details such as your contact details, the name of the theatre show you want to see, the number of rooms required, your preferred check in dates, and your WonderDays voucher code.
By submitting this form your WonderDays vouchers will become non-refundable and cannot be changed.
What happens next?
The experience provider will contact you within 72 hours to acknowledge your booking request. They will liaise with you to confirm your theatre show and give you a choice of show times to choose from. You can also ask about upgrade options for seating.
You will then be emailed a booking confirmation for your show and hotel stay. Please read this carefully as it will contain important information regarding your booking. Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder in case your filter has placed them there.
When will I get my theatre tickets?
Your theatre tickets and exact seating will be emailed to you within 48 hours of the show start time, often sooner. These can be printed or shown on a mobile device.
