There are 2 terminals at which you can board or hop off the ferry, Liverpool Gerry Marsden or Seacombe, Wirral.

The Wirral offers attractions like Birkenhead Park, offering open meadows and lakeside strolls, and the vibrant New Brighton, teeming with fairs, shops, and eateries. Easily accessible by bus from Seacombe Ferry Terminal, attractions like Port Sunlight, the picturesque garden village, are worth exploring. Upon docking at Liverpool Gerry Marsden Ferry Terminal, treat yourself to a delightful coffee at the Fab4 Cafe and delve into Liverpool's architectural and historical wonders with a live guide on the City Explorer Liverpool open-top bus.

As well as your river cruise, you'll be free to explore all Liverpool has to offer at you enjoy a 1 or 2 night hotel in a fabulous 4* hotel. With breakfast included, you can refuel each morning ready for a days sightseeing and a fab day in Liverpool!

The river cruise will last a maximum of around 50 minutes.

There are 2 terminals where you can board the ferry: Liverpool Gerry Marsden and Seacombe, Wirral.

When

Valid for stays Sundays to Fridays.
Saturday stays may require a supplement.

River cruises run daily from both terminals between 10am and 4:20pm.

Please arrive at your departure point at least 15 mins before your cruise time and have your booking confirmation ready to show at the boarding gate.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Toilets are available in the terminals and on the ferries.
There is a cafe on board the ferry to buy drinks and snacks.
Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
Hotels featured in this experience are allocated subject to availability, under a non-amendable non-refundable basis once booked.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

What type of hotel will I be staying in?

Hotels featured in this experience are allocated to you, subject to availability, under a non-amendable and non-refundable basis once booked.

You will be staying in either a 3* or a 4* hotel depending on what you have selected.

Can I stay an extra night or add another person to the stay?

Extra nights are available subject to availability for a supplement. Extra adults/children can be added subject to availability for a supplement.

Is breakfast included with my hotel stay?

Unless specified, breakfast is not included.

How do I book this experience?

You will need to fill out a booking form with the experience provider. This form will ask you for details such as your contact details, the name of the attraction you want to visit and whether you'd like this on the day of arrival or the following day, the number of rooms required, your preferred check in dates, and your WonderDays voucher code.

By submitting this form your WonderDays vouchers will become non-refundable and cannot be changed.

What happens next?

The experience provider will contact you within 72 hours to acknowledge your booking request. They will liaise with you to confirm entry to the attraction and which day you'd like to visit it on, as well as confirm your hotel location.

You will then be emailed a booking confirmation for your attraction and overnight stay. Please read this carefully as it will contain important information regarding your booking. Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder in case your filter has placed them there.

When will I get my attraction tickets?

Your attraction tickets will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your arrival date, often sooner. These can be printed or shown on a mobile device.
