Important Bits
Important to Note
Visit to Brighton i360: Please allow around 1 hour for your visit. This includes a pre-ride experience, the ride on the vertical cable car (30 mins), the shop and the exhibition.
Please arrive 20 mins before your flight time.
Visit to Roller Rink: Your skate experience will last 45 minutes from your ticketed time. Please arrive at least 15 mins before your scheduled session to allow for check-in and skate hire.
Both experiences must be taken on the same day.
Bookings must be made at least 14 working days in advance and are subject to availability.
When
Brighton i360 is open all year round except for Christmas Day and January (closed for maintenance).
Opening hours vary by day and month.
Validity
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
Who Can Go
- Brighton i360: Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.
- Brighton i360 is fully accessible for wheelchair users. A lift (suitable for use by wheelchair users) connects the upper level and the lower level. The lift is situated to the east of the Brighton i360 site. There is a safety limit on the number of wheelchairs permitted on the Glass Viewing Pod on any one flight. It's recommended therefore that you book your flight as early as possible.
- There is an accessible toilet on both the upper and lower levels.
- Assistance dogs are permitted at Brighton i360, but please advise when making your booking if you are bringing your dog. The dog must remain under your control at all times and you must be confident that your dog will not be distressed by travelling in the enclosed glass viewing pod.
- Roller Rink: Under 11's must be accompanied by a person 18 years or over at a ration of 1:3. Sadly, for safety reasons, under 5's are not permitted on the rink.
- Roller Rink: Please wear suitable clothing, including socks and no long or excessively baggy items.
- Roller Rink: Those wishing to use their own skates or blades need to have their skates/blades inspected by rink staff. Skates/blades must have jam breaks intact. Rink staff have the right to refuse use of participants skates/blades.
What about Insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
