Transport between Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter and the Royal Oak pub is not included. It is an 11 minute drive between the 2 locations approximately.

The Royal Oak
The meal is available 7 days a week between 12-11pm.
Not valid on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Child age range: 5 to 15 years old
Adult age range: 16+
Children aged 4 and under go free.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

Additional Information

Upon arrival at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, you and your bags will be checked before entry. Coats, bags and suitcases can be checked into the cloakroom free of charge. Where possible, please leave buggies and prams in the cloakroom, as space within is limited. Items are left at visitor's risk.

A cash point is situated in the Studio Tour lobby for free of charge withdrawals.

Toilets are located in the lobby and throughout the Studio Tour with baby changing facilities available in each toilet block. There is also an accessible changing places facility in the lobby, with space for a disabled person and up to two carers.

Smoke machines and occasional strobe lighting effects will be used inside the Forbidden Forest. If you would like to avoid this, please ask one of our team members to show you an alternative route during your visit.

For some features, such as Dark Arts, flashing lights may also be used in designated areas. Please speak to a member of staff on arrival if you have any concerns regarding this.

Accessibility

The majority of Warner Bros. Studio Tour London is suitable for wheelchairs but some areas can be difficult to navigate, including Diagon Alley's™ cobbled street and the Great Hall’s slate floor. The Hogwarts Bridge can only be accessed via a short staircase and alternative access cannot be provided because the bridge, as an original set piece, has an uneven surface which is unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Registered guide dogs, hearing dogs and medical alert dogs are welcome into Warner Bros. Studio Tour London. If you wish to bring an assistance dog with you for your visit, please ensure you have formal identification for the dog with you such as any relevant documentation or a jacket. A water bowl for your dog can be provided if needed.
