This is a very popular experience, so to avoid disappointment it is recommended customers book at least two weeks in advance wherever possible.

During peak months (such as the summer holidays), availability can become more limited so booking 3-4 weeks in advance is recommended.

Who Can Go

Minimum age: 10 years old.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children 14-16 must have a consent form filled out by parent or guardian prior to departure.
If you have an existing medical condition which may be affected by this experience then you must consult your doctor before taking part. Boats can encounter unpredictable movement that can aggravate existing medical conditions.
Expectant mothers cannot board at any stage of pregnancy.
Not suitable for anyone with historical or current backbone conditions or complaints.
Due to accessibility at Bankside Pier this experience is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Not advised for people suffering with heart conditions.
It is mandatory for all passengers to wear one of the providers industry standard lifejackets, adjustable with sizes up to a 61 inch (155cm) chest.
Waterproof sailing coat, ponchos and goggles available on site.
Handbags, backpacks and rucksacks are all permitted on-board the speedboats.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
