The Main Event

Buy the loved one in your life something really unique and give them the gift of a land yachting experience! There’s no better way to fill the lungs with fresh sea air and admire the scenery without having to get on the water!

Suitable for novices or professionals, these wind powered land yachts zip nimbly about at speeds of over 40mph! Before you get out onto the open plains and feel the wind in your sail, you’ll learn, from an expert instructor, how to use the controls on a practice course to help build your confidence.

You’ll then have 2 hours to feel the adrenaline surge through you as you travel just inches from the ground on the ultra modern yachts.

Land Yachting can either be a lone experience or if you want to share the fun, there’s the option of sharing yachts for up to 6 people with 2 people sharing 1 yacht, 3 sharing 2 yachts, 4 sharing 2 yachts, 5 sharing 3 and 6 sharing 3 yachts.

This is a weather dependent activity.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Suitable for ages 16 and over.
Maximum weight 16 stone.
Disclaimer must be signed before participation.
Participants should have a reasonable level of fitness.
You must present your voucher on the day or you won't be able to sail.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

Lovely site next to Lydd Airport , lots of free parking and nice little cafe. Flat grass area to Land Yacht on . Great guys to instruct you , then you pick it up yourself. Loved it!
