The Main Event
There is no better way to experience a thrill than with Velocity 2 at Zip World! If you’ve a thirst for adventure, then soaring down a zip wire in Wales will really tick that box!
Set in the Penrhyn Quarry in Snowdonia, you get to firstly travel down wire through the quarry at 40mph before then taking on the big one; the Big Zipper! Jump into the specialised vehicle that takes you to the dipper and get strapped horizontally into the longest zip wire in Europe before hurtling down the line at speeds of up to 100mph! No wonder it’s the fastest zip wire in the world!
An incredible feeling, this zip wire experience will give you an adrenaline rush like no other and will have you smiling for years to come!

If this experience is postponed due to adverse weather conditions, you will be able to reschedule within 12 months but won't be entitled to a refund.
When
This experience is available Friday to Monday all year round, and 7 days a week in school holidays.
Validity
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
Who Can Go
- Minimum age: 10.
- Please note that one participating adult must accompany children aged 17 and younger.
- Minimum height: 3ft 9in.
- Maximum height: 6ft 8in.
- Minimum weight: 4stone 10lbs.
- Maximum weight: 20.4 stone (this can be lower in extreme weather conditions).
- Medical conditions such as heart problems, claustrophobia or epilepsy may increase your chance of having an accident - please check with the supplier prior to booking to see if you are suitable for this experience.
- Unfortunately, this experience is not suitable for those suffering with high blood pressure or for pregnant women.
- This is an outdoor experience you should dress accordingly, with waterproofs where necessary.
What about Insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

You won't regret it, just do it!
My wife and I were given this for our anniversary. Can't say i was over the moon with it but my wife was really excited so thought i'd give it a go. All i can say is wow, what an experience. Never thought i'd do anything like that but it was so much fun, felt like i was flying over the quarry. My wife loved it too and wants to go again! Just do it, you won't regret it.
