Looking for a unique gift idea or a new creative hobby? Discover the world of silver jewellery with this Introduction to Silver Clay Workshop!
In this fun and engaging half-day experience, you'll discover the magic of working with silver clay. Whether you’re a complete novice or just curious about the craft, you'll be guided through every step. You'll learn how to handle, roll out, texturise, and cut the clay to create at least two stunning pieces of wearable jewellery, which will be fired on the day to become solid silver. A sterling silver chain and ear wires are provided so you can start wearing your handcrafted treasures right away if you want to!
This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to explore their artistic side while making beautiful, personal gifts. With no prior experience needed, you’ll receive hands-on guidance and learn how to handle and store the clay, prepare your designs, and bring them to life with a professional finish. After firing your creations, you’ll even get tips on polishing and adding antiquing touches. It’s a fantastic way to spend a few hours, and you’ll walk away with gorgeous jewellery and a newfound skill!

Important to Note
All materials and tools are provided including 7g of clay, a sterling silver chain and a pair of sterling silver ear wires.
Plenty of parking is available on the site.

Validity
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
Who Can Go
- Please wear sturdy shoes, no open toed shoes.
- If you have long hair, please bring something to tie it back.
- Please try not to wear anything woollen or that sheds fibres as these can get into the clay.
- There toilet facilities on site, but there is a short walk to another building and a couple of stairs to use them.
What about Insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
How it Works
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
