This hands-on jewellery making experience gives you the chance to design and create your very own solid silver jewellery pieces from scratch. Whether it's a pair of elegant earrings, a beautiful pendant, or a personalised charm, you’ll leave with unique handmade jewellery you can wear with pride or gift to someone special.
The workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced jewellery makers, with expert tuition tailored to every skill level. Guided by a fully qualified senior tutor with over twelve years of teaching experience, you'll discover the fascinating world of silver clay, an incredible material that transforms into real solid silver when fired.
You'll shape, mould, and personalise your designs using a wide range of tools and moulds, or you can bring your own creative ideas to life. Once your pieces are complete, the jewellery is fired to remove the clay particles, revealing stunning Hallmark-quality solid silver underneath. The final polishing stage brings each creation to a beautiful shine, ready to wear and show off.
Even better, silver clay is made from recycled silver, making this an environmentally-friendly experience gift too.
This workshop is a chance to relax, get creative, and learn new skills making beautiful jewellery to treasure forever.
Hot and cold drinks and biscuits are provided during the day.
Please do not wear open-toed shoes.
Available on selected dates throughout the year.
The course starts at 10am and finishes around 1pm.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
