Duration: Choose between a 90 minute or Two Hour Experience 

Location: London, Choose from Islington or Oxford Street 

Who Can Go: Minimum age is from 15 but anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult 

Dietary Needs: All classes can be adapted for Vegetarian or Vegan diets. Not all classes are suitable for Gluten Free diets or those with a Soy Allergy.
