In 2022, this Manchester distillery began their journey with the first casks of One Point Six — an English Single Malt Whisky created with both care and intention. Although this whisky will only reach maturity in 2026, you can explore the process of its creation right now.
Premium grains are sourced from renowned English maltsters to develop a unique mash bill, with every step carefully considered - from mashing and fermentation through to distillation and ageing. What’s being crafted is something genuinely exceptional.
Your visit kicks off with a welcome drink featuring their acclaimed New Make spirit. From there, you’ll be taken on a behind-the-scenes tour of the city-centre distillery to witness the art of whisky-making. This includes everything from selecting the right barley to the intricacies of mashing, fermenting, and transforming the wash into spirit. They’ll also share the story behind One Point Six and the inspiration fuelling their dedication to English whisky.
You’ll have the chance to sample the New Make spirit, trace its flavour evolution through the production stages, and enjoy a handpicked selection of other spirits.
As the whisky continues to mature, this immersive experience will grow alongside it, evolving each year as a lasting legacy in English whisky is built.
Distillery guests will get 10% off their bill in the bar and 10% off any merchandise purchases.

Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot be guaranteed so please arrive on time for your time slot.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
