The Experience

Think you've got what it takes to escape from a real prison? Step inside Shrewsbury Prison for an action-packed adventure where every decision counts, nobody can be trusted and your freedom is anything but guaranteed!

This isn't your ordinary escape room. Set across the historic wings, cells and yards of Shrewsbury Prison in Shropshire, this thrilling 2.5-hour immersive experience throws you straight into the action as a prisoner caught up in a mysterious new rehabilitation programme.

Your sentence begins the moment you arrive. You'll be processed into the prison, issued your inmate identity and introduced to a world where officers patrol the wings, prisoners have their own agendas and nothing is quite as it seems.

With hidden clues to uncover, challenges to tackle and missions to complete, you'll need to think on your feet and decide who you can trust. Will you work alongside your fellow inmates, strike up an unlikely alliance or go it alone in your bid for freedom?

Along the way, live actors bring the prison to life, reacting to your choices and keeping you guessing as the story unfolds. With multiple possible routes and outcomes, no two escapes have to play out the same way!

And once the game is over, your experience also includes prison entry, giving you the chance to explore the fascinating history of Shrewsbury Prison at your own pace.

A brilliant experience gift for adventurous friends, families and thrill seekers who love a challenge, this is your chance to swap an ordinary day out for an extraordinary adventure behind bars.

The prison is real. The choices are yours. But will you make it out?
