This immersive, live action Gunpowder Plot experience has it all - conspiracy theories, live theatre and the latest digital technology transporting you into the heart of the story with you as the central character.
Find yourself transported back more than 400 years into the world of the infamous Gunpowder Plot with this fully immersive experience.
Trust no one as you delve undercover to unveil the enigmatic individuals behind history's most notorious anti-government rebellion. Featuring live actors and digital characters, with Tom Felton (known as Draco Malfoy from Harry Potter) portraying Guy Fawkes, you don't just observe history—you participate in it.
The danger and intrigue feels real as you attempt to escape the Tower of London, discover a secret safe house and make the daring journey along the Thames towards the Houses of Parliament in order to foil the plotters.
This unforgettable immersive experience themed around gunpowder, treason and plot lasts around an hour and 40 minutes, with a 20-minute break during which you'll be able to enjoy refreshments in the specially recreated Duck and Drake, accessible only to plotters.

Your visit lasts around 1 hour 40 minutes, including a 20 minute interval where you will be able to enjoy refreshments.
Validity
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
Who Can Go
- Minimum age: 10 (under 16s must be accompanied by a paying adult)
- Children aged 12-15yrs will require written parental consent prior to admission and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Under 18s must vacate the main bar area by 8pm.
- Please note that some scenes are very dark with loud noises, which some children may not enjoy.
- This experience includes strobe lighting, confined spaces, sudden loud noises and temperature changes. These effects are designed to immerse guests in the experience and be impactful.
- For your own safety, the experience may not be suitable for:
- Those who suffer from high blood pressure, heart conditions, asthma, back or neck conditions, epilepsy, or any type of medical condition affecting the senses of smell, vision, or hearing
- Those of a nervous disposition
- The elderly
- Those with disabilities, blind or visually impaired
- Those with sensitivities to scent, loud noises, or flashing lights
- Pregnant women
- Those suffering from breathing or respiratory problems, such as allergies or scent sensitivities
- Those who are prone to motion sickness
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- The experience is not fully wheelchair accessible but regular wheelchair accessible events will be run. Please register your interest for one of these accessible events
- You’re advised to wear comfortable footwear and clothes you can move in as you’ll need to bend down while walking and crawling, squeeze through narrow tunnels and to get through tight spaces. However if you feel unable to participate there are other routes, simply speak to a member of staff on arrival.
What about Insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

Impressive, immersive and entertaining
We were already fans of the War of the Worlds experience, so we had high expectations when going to this... but it did not disappoint at all.
Here's my 12 year-old's review: "it was exciting, amazing and awesome - thank you."
The actors were excellent, weaving an interesting tale which we got to take part in. The sets and special-effects were high-quality, and the location and building really added to the day.

Amazing!
Got this as a present for my partners birthday. Didn't really know what to expect but it looked fun so thought i'd give it a go. It was amazing! Wearing the VR headset and the live actors make you feel part of the action and like you've stepped back in time. Highly recommend if you're looking for something different as a gift.
