The Main Event

Hidden away in a secret, atmospheric venue near Waterloo, The Magicians Table isn't your average night at the theatre. You'll be welcomed into the world of Dieter Roterberg, a legendary master magician, as you attend his wake alongside his widow and a rotating cast of world-class close-up magicians who've gathered to perform one final, unforgettable night in his memory.

Over 2 hours, magicians work their way around the room, performing tricks so close and so baffling that "how did they just do that?!" becomes the phrase of the night. This isn't a sit-back-and-watch kind of show, it's fully immersive, as you're seated at shared tables right in the heart of the action, pulled into the story, the sleight of hand, and the mystery as it unfolds.

The Magicians Table is an unforgettable gift because it's so much more than a night out. Blending world-class magic, interactive entertainment, and an intimate atmosphere, it's the perfect way to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and any special occasion.

Each performance runs for approximately 2 hours from the show start time. Guests are encouraged to arrive earlier to enjoy magic in the bar before the show.

Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
Doors open at 6:30pm
Experience starts at 7:30pm
(Immersive performances will begin in the bar from 6.45pm.)

Saturdays
Show 1 (on selected Saturdays of the month): Doors open at 12pm
Experience starts at 1pm
(Immersive performances will begin in the bar from 12:15pm.) (suitable for ages 10+)

Show 2: Doors open at 4:00pm
Experience starts at 5:00pm
(Immersive performances will begin in the bar from 4:15pm.)

Show 3: Doors open at 7:30pm
Experience starts at 8:30pm
(Immersive performances will begin in the bar from 7:45pm.)

Sundays
Show 1: Doors open at 1:00pm
Experience starts at 2:00pm
(Immersive performances will begin in the bar from 1:15pm.) (suitable for ages 10+)

Show 2: Doors open at 4:30pm
Experience starts at 5:30pm
(Immersive performances will begin in the bar from 4.45pm.)

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Guests must be 18 and over to attend the evening shows.
Ages 10+ can attend the matinee shows.
The venue is on ground level and is wheelchair friendly.
The show contains haze but no strobe lighting.
Dress code: Guests are expected to be dressed in stylish and smart attire and people are encouraged to fit the aesthetic of the show.
The venue has air-conditioning.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
