This Traditional Family Afternoon Tea in Shropshire is a thoughtful and charming gift idea that brings the whole family together. Whether it’s a birthday surprise, a special treat during the school holidays, or simply a way to enjoy some quality time together, this experience makes for a wonderful afternoon out.

Set in a beautiful Shropshire hotel, this afternoon tea is designed especially with families in mind and is available any day of the week between 12pm and 4pm. Adults can relax and indulge in a classic afternoon tea served on elegant china-tiered stands. Expect a delicious selection of freshly made sandwiches, savoury bites, hand-baked cakes, and of course, warm scones with jam and clotted cream. A steady flow of tea and coffee adds to the relaxed atmosphere.

The little ones are looked after too. Children aged 12 and under are treated to their very own afternoon tea, complete with cheese, ham, and jam sandwiches, fruity kebabs, mini cakes and treats, and a milkshake to wash it all down. It’s a great way to introduce them to this beloved British tradition in a setting that feels just as special as the grown-ups’.

This experience is an ideal way for families to take a break from busy schedules, sit down together, and simply enjoy each other’s company in a cosy, welcoming environment.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Maximum age for the child's menu is 12.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
