The Main Event
Put your worries to one side and spend some quality time with alpacas in a stunning rural location in Shropshire.
This hour long experience gives you the chance to meet the herd of 19 alpacas, learn all about these special creatures, get hands on time with them and help feed them.
On arrival at the farm, your guide will go through important health and safety information to ensure you get the most out of this alpaca experience. You'll be given food for the alpacas to take with you as you tour the 3 paddocks and meet the herds. You'll get to know who's who and spend time with them, feeding them and taking photos with them.

Important to Note
This experience is based on a working farm with minimal facilities in a rural location. You may need to walk across rough and uneven ground in multiple weather conditions.
While Alpacas are calm and good-natured creatures, they are still large wild animals and can therefore be unpredictable. It is imperative that you supervise any children you bring with you at all times, ensuring they remain by your side and are not allowed to roam around freely. This is vital to ensure their safety.
For reasons of safety please be aware that you must ensure your hands are washed and cleaned after handling the Alpacas and before you handle any food or drink.
Hand washing facilities and anti-bacterial gel are provided.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your allotted start time to give you time to be booked in.
Validity
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
Who Can Go
- Child: Up to 12 years old.
- Wear weather appropriate clothing and footwear. The experience will continue in the rain.
- Free onsite parking.
- This experience is not accessible for wheelchair users or pushchairs.
- Children remain the responsibility of the supervising adult at all times whilst on site. Please ensure they are capable of completing the experience they are booked for and ensure they remain under your control at all times.
- Although the alpacas are clean animals it is strongly advised to wash your hands prior to eating food and leaving the site.
What about Insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
