The departure point is Boarding Gate One, The London Eye Pier.
Check-in is 15 minutes before departure.

April to August: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
March, September and October: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
November, December, January and February: Saturday and Sunday

Additional departures available Thursday and Friday during December 2027 and February 2027 half term.

This is a very popular experience, so to avoid disappointment it is recommended customers book at least two weeks in advance wherever possible.

During peak months (such as the summer holidays), availability can become more limited so booking 3-4 weeks in advance is recommended.

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Child age range: Ages 14 yrs or under.
Adults: Ages 15 and over
Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
If travelling with a child aged 2 or under, or a wheelchair user in your group please advise on this when booking so the right safety equipment or boarding support can be ready for you.
Guests aged 15 and 16 must have a minor disclaimer form filled out prior to the departure by a parent or guardian.
If you have an existing medical condition which may be affected by this experience then you must consult your doctor before taking part. Boats can encounter unpredictable movement that can aggravate existing medical conditions.
Expectant guests cannot board at any stage of pregnancy.
Wheelchairs cannot be taken onboard. Guests can travel with their carers assistance to board the vessel but must be able to sit unaided onboard.
Not suitable for anyone with historical or current backbone conditions or complaints.
Not advised for people suffering with heart conditions.
It is mandatory for all passengers to wear one of the providers industry standard lifejackets, adjustable with sizes up to a 61 inch (155cm) chest.
Handbags, backpacks and rucksacks are all permitted on-board the speedboats.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
