This full-day experience is perfect for anyone looking to master the art of brooch-making while creating a stunning, one-of-a-kind piece. Learn the intricacies of designing a brooch with a fireable embedded finding and a sophisticated pin back fitting. You'll learn to set a stone post-firing and use liver of sulphur to create vibrant, captivating colours that add depth and character to your brooch.

Important to Note
Plenty of parking is available on the site.
Lunch is not included so please bring your own!
All materials and tools are provided including 10g clay, the brooch back assembly parts, a finding to embed into your brooch and a stone to fix into your finding.
When
Workshops run Thursday to Tuesday - 10am to 3:30pm.
You can liaise with the experience provider to organise the date you'd like.

Validity
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
Who Can Go
- Please wear sturdy shoes, no open toed shoes.
- If you have long hair, please bring something to tie it back.
- Please try not to wear anything woollen or that sheds fibres as these can get into the clay.
- There toilet facilities on site, but there is a short walk to another building and a couple of stairs to use them.
What about Insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
How it Works
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
