Think treasure hunt meets foodie adventure. You’ll solve fun riddles and clues that lead you to hidden gems, cosy delis, quirky bakeries, and local favourites, collecting tasty treats along the way. From artisan cheeses and cured meats to fresh fruit and crackers, you’ll end up with a picnic spread that’s as good as the journey itself.
Each location is handpicked to show off the best of the area, whether that’s the historic streets of York, the buzzing vibe of Manchester, the charm of the Cotswolds, or the endless discoveries waiting in London.
And when you’ve gathered all your goodies? You’ll settle down at a stunning picnic spot to enjoy the feast you’ve pieced together.
A little mystery, a lot of flavour, and a day out you won’t forget.
Please note, you'll need a mobile phone with internet access the day of your experience.
You’ll get your clues via email by 5pm the evening before your picnic.
A picnic spot will have been planned for you; be that a picnic area, a park or even a winery. Please note that picnic set up is not included so you are welcome to find a spot and settle in to eat.
What do I need to bring?
A fully charged phone, pen and paper, bottle of water, cooler bag/carry bag with an ice pack, own knife, plates, cups, and a picnic blanket.
Weather
Mystery Picnics can happen rain, hail or shine. If you'd prefer to reschedule your picnic due to rain you'll need to give 3 business days notice, so we encourage you to keep an eye on the forecast.

This experience generally takes place between 11am and 1pm - your start time will be confirmed in your confirmation email.
We recommend allowing at least 3-4 hours, including enjoying your picnic.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
