This voucher covers a hotel stay anywhere within London throughout the year, and we cannot guarantee specific locations/ boroughs within London. Please note that we use a live booking system, meaning hotel availability is beyond our control & is subject to change.

Please note that seasonality, major events, public holidays etc can affect hotel availability, and certain dates, such as school or public holidays may require an upgrade fee to book.
Windsor Castle
Opening Times (subject to change)
Windsor Castle is open Thursday to Monday, with a few exceptions when the Castle is in use for official functions.
March – October
Thursday to Monday, 10:00-17:15 (last admission 16:00)
November – February
Thursday to Monday, 10:00-16:15 (last admission 15:00)
St George's Chapel
St George’s Chapel is usually open for visitors on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Closed Sundays.
Visitors to the Castle on Sundays will not be able to enter the chapel or view the burial place of Queen Elizabeth II.
Access to St George’s Chapel may be limited on busy days.
Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House
Access to Queen Mary's Dolls' House may be limited on busy days.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

Some hotels may require you to pay a small city tax or security deposit upon check-in.
Parking availability cannot be guaranteed and where available, may incur extra charges.
What happens next?
When you book, you'll be able to choose your location and the dates of your stay.
Once we have received your date request, please allow 24 hours for an email from us with three of the best hotel rooms to choose from, available at that time.
Once you have chosen a hotel room, your booking will be placed with the hotel and all booking confirmations will be forwarded to you.
