The Main Event

Discover the historical residence where Queen Victoria was born and which has housed young royals for more than 300 years. Wander through the newly reimagined rooms of Victoria's childhood and the grandeur of the King's and Queen's State Apartments. Currently, this majestic site serves as the home of the Prince and Princess of Wales.

The State Apartments are beautifully decorated with a stunning array of paintings from the Royal Collection, offering a glimpse into the opulent lifestyle of the monarchy.

Open From Wednesday to Sunday - 10am - 6pm

Last admission: 5pm

The Sunken Garden is open 10am - 6pm Wednesday to Sunday.

Suggested visit time is 2 hours

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Infants aged 0-4 years are free of charge and do not require a ticket.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Audio guide tours are currently available in: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese & British Sign Language.
Kensington Place has ground-level access from Kensington Gardens. All three floors of the palace are accessible via lift.
Manual wheelchairs are available to use free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. They cannot be reserved in advance and we have a limited number. Please ask a member of staff on arrival for more information. These wheelchairs are for indoor use only.
Folding stools are available to use free of charge, these are located after the scanner desk.
Transcripts of the Audio Guide are available with the devices at the handout desk.
Trained assistance dogs are welcome inside the palace. This includes medical alert dogs. We are happy to provide water on request.
Please be aware that, for conservation reasons, many of the rooms have low level lighting.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
