Improve your cooking skills with this ultimate five hour chef skills class at a renowned MasterChef's professional school.
Ann started the school after appearing on BBC MasterChef in January 2009, and her passion for all things food and cooking lives within the classes taught. This five hour class boasts many culinary delights, such as knife skills showcasing boning meat, filleting fish and vegetable cuts.
Following this you will prepare an impressive 4 course taster menu inclusive of home smoked trout and carpaccio and salmon timbale with lime cured ribbons of courgette, crispy fillet of sea bream on pernod braised fennel, ballotine of chicken stuffed with mushrooms and truffle, pomme mousseline & oeufs a la niege with caramel cage, and of course you get to sample the dishes created.
With tips and tricks of the trade to treasure forever, you are sure to impress at home with your newly acquired professional skills in the kitchen!

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
