AM - As early as 5am or as late as 8.30am, depending on sunrise times
PM - As early as 4pm or as late as 6.30pm, depending on sunset times
Day - Anytime between 8am and 3.30pm (selected times of the year)
Hot air balloon rides are scheduled morning and evening, seven days a week during the UK ballooning season, which is March to October. This does vary in some areas and in late October some flights will take place during the day due to limited daylight hours.
You get the same hot air balloon ride experience of a lifetime no matter which voucher you buy - the difference between the three options is when you can use them.
All bookings are subject to availability and should be made around 6-8 weeks in advance.
Hot air balloon rides are fully weather dependent. If the provider has to cancel your booked flight for this reason, your vouchers are automatically extended to allow enough time to book again. Vouchers are non refundable should the ride be cancelled due to bad weather.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

We were lucky enough to do a balloon ride last year and it was an amazing experience so have bought as a gift for a loved one. Yes it can get cancelled due to weather, but you enjoy it even more when it does go ahead. A once in a lifetime opportunity you won't regret.

We received this a present and while everyone told us it was an amazing experience we always thought it seemed a little boring. Oh boy did our minds change. Seeing that sunset flying floating over the green hills is truly a memory for a life time.
