Set on a friendly farm that’s home to over 50 animals, this 30-minute encounter is all about getting up close with the farm’s most iconic residents, the Highland Cows. With their shaggy fringes, long horns and gentle natures, it’s easy to see why people fall head over heels for these striking animals.
After being introduced to the cows, you'll get to meet them in their paddock. You’ll get to feed them by hand, give them a brush and plenty of fuss, and maybe even sneak in a cuddle or two. These cows are wonderfully photogenic, so don’t forget to take some Instagram-worthy snaps.
Linked to prize-winning stock from a well-known Yorkshire breeding programme, these Highland Cows are not only beautiful but also fantastic examples of the breed. That means you’re not just meeting any cows, you’re spending time with some seriously impressive ones!
And when you've finished meeting the Highland Cows, you'll have access to the rest of the farm to meet all the other animals.

Footwear/clothing recommendations
It is strongly recommended you wear sturdy boots, wellingtons or larger shoes.
During the winter months the field can be extremely muddy so wellington boots and waterproof clothing are recommended.
This is an extremely popular activity so booking ahead is strongly recommended.

Please arrive 5 mins in advance of your allotted start time to be booked in. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

Took my partner for Highland cow cuddling experience. It was great and really good value, stayed fir a few hrs on the small but really well run farm. Would go again

What a fantastic experience to be so up close to these wonderful animals. It was a very knowledgeable day .
We were able to feed them by hand or scoop which ever you felt comfortable with.
Also you got to stroke and brush them.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves highland cows.
The people were very friendly and answered any questions to the best of their ability.
Excellent value for money as you also get to look round the rest of the farm. A must to see Jeffery the Llama plus all the other animals.

Had a wonderful afternoon, the cows were lovely, fed and brushed them. Farmer Natalie was very informative and fun.

We done the experience with farmer Lilly. She was informative and went through all the health and safety to ensure we were a safe whilst feeding and petting the cows. She told us about their lifestyle and welfare and it was genuinely a good experience. Whilst we couldn’t go into the paddock itself, we were in a pen where the cows came upto us. I also enjoyed feeding the other animals like sheep, goats, alpacas, geese and donkeys which was an added bonus.
