You'll then enjoy the stunning Royal Dim Sum Quartet, featuring handcrafted favourites including Black Truffle Har Gau, XO King Crab Dumplings, Octopus Dumplings and Prawn & Spinach Dumplings, each one packed with incredible flavour.
The savoury delights continue with an impressive selection of signature dishes, including crispy Iberico pork belly, honey-glazed Iberico Char Siu, Angus tenderloin beef with black pepper sauce, sesame prawn toast and salt and pepper squid stuffed with minced prawn. Every course showcases the creativity and attention to detail that has earned Gouqi its outstanding reputation.
To finish, you'll indulge in a selection of exquisite handcrafted desserts, from the rich Tropical Nightfall with dark chocolate, mango and passion fruit to the delicate Osmanthus Golden Bloom Mousse and the beautifully balanced Midnight Sun.
