Brought this for my husband, he absolutely loved it , great set up , very life like , explained everything to him , gave us some history on the spitfire itself, showed us some relics from an original spitfire . Very friendly and certainly knew what he was talking about . Definitely would book again .

I bought the Spitfire Simulator experience for my husbands 70th birthday. He is a life-long fan of anything to do with aeroplanes. He loved it! A very authentic experience which was both educational and exhilarating...he isnt normally easily impressed with things but he loved it. The facilitators were very friendly and welcoming. Overall I would rate this as an experience worth doing for people of any age from adolescent to pensioner. Everyone will enjoy it immensely.

Anyone who's a WW2 aviation enthusiast or interested in military history will really enjoy this. We were expecting something commercial with a gift shop, perhaps a tea room; nothing like it it. The Spitfire (and an ME109) has been built in the garage of a lovely rural bungalow at the end of a narrow lane. The time Carl has injected into his "hobby" must have been huge. It's a wholly original Spitfire with all original dials, all working. The seat is original, the straps are original. The cockpit smell gives you a poignant sense of the time. Although you don't physically move, the virtual reality headset gives you an authentic view of south east Kent in 1940 and by adjusting the controls moves you around the sky. Take-off was really difficult as you can't see over the cowling until the tail comes up; you have to look sideways. You can undertake virtual aerobatics and can "crash" accidentally or in my case at the end, deliberately. Being a Spitfire cockpit, it's tight to get in and out of; but for pilots under six foot and preferably not too bulky. It's a great experience and makes a super gift, as was mine. Take someone with you take photos.

After a friendly welcome we were shown the ropes and given interesting background info. The setup feels very authentic when sitting in the cockpit, and the VR experience is spot on, with really good detail as you fly over the south coast countryside. Good help and instructions throughout, definitely fitted a lot into the 30 mins, though it flew by!

Great experience, loved every minute of it.
Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a real flight experience. Not sure you can get the same feeling sitting in your home on your games console. Had a great time, now looking forward to the real thing.
