The Main Event
You and a friend can fly together in this Battle of Britain flight simulator experience and each get to fly in a Supermarine Spitfire and a Messerschmitt BF109K.
This 60 minute experience will see you both engaged in air to air combat, trying to defeat the enemy, but who will get the most "kills"?!
Both the Spitfire and Messerschmitt BF109K have fully enclosed cockpits, built to the same scale as the real thing. The flight controls have advanced dynamic force feedback and the 4k VR visuals make this flight simulator an incredibly realistic experience.
No flying experience is necessary as a professional instructor will be on hand to guide you and help you make the most of this Battle of Britain flight simulator experience.
At the end of the session, you'll both be presented with a certificate as a souvenir of when you took to the skies together!
Important Bits
When
This experience is available 7 days a week, 9am to 9pm.
Please note there is a £20 surcharge for a weekend or bank holiday date.
It is recommended to book a date as soon as possible to avoid disappointment of not getting the date you want.
Validity
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
Who Can Go
- Recommended for ages 8 and above.
- Under 16's must be accompanied by 1 adult (free of charge). Spectators 16 and under are free of charge but must be supervised by a paying adult who is not the pilot. Guests are welcome to wait in reception if they don't wish to spectate.
- A £10 charge is required for spectators over the age of 16. This experience can take 4 spectators.
- Due to the access of the Spitfire, it may not be suitable for the less abled bodied or anyone heavier than 24 stone.
What about Insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
