Important to Note

There is space for 2 spectators in the simulator. Spectators cannot take part in the simulator experience without a valid voucher. They are welcome to take photos or videos of you enjoying the experience.

This experience is available to book throughout the year with various time slots to choose from.

Please ensure you arrive early for your session for the free 15 minute briefing before your experience starts.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Minimum age: 9 years old.
Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.
This experience is not recommended for individuals with conditions such as motion sickness, epilepsy, or similar health concerns.
Moreover, for the safety and enjoyment of all participants, individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to take part as well as those exhibiting unacceptable behaviour during the simulator session.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
