Led by an expert tutor, participants are guided step by step through a series of carefully curated recipes, each chosen for its nutritional benefits as well as its fantastic flavour. This isn’t just about learning to cook, it’s about discovering how the right ingredients can help reduce inflammation, ease joint stiffness, and support long-term wellbeing.

The menu features a mouth watering selection of dishes, such as:

  • Salmon with Herb Quinoa Salad: packed with omega-3 fatty acids to reduce inflammation and support healthy joints.
  • Spinach and Sweet Potato Curry: rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory nutrients that help combat oxidative stress.
  • Mixed Berry and Almond Parfait: a naturally sweet dessert bursting with anthocyanins to lower inflammation markers.
  • Chia Seed Pudding: simple to prepare and loaded with omega-3s, perfect for supporting joint health.

Important Bits

Important to Note

You will be provided with everything you need for the day, all you need to bring are food containers to take home some of the delicious food you'll have made.

The venue is a 6-minute walk from Farringdon station and the Elizabeth Line, 5 minutes from St Pauls on the central line, and 9 minutes from Blackfriars station.

When

The class runs on selected days from Monday to Saturday, all year round. 

The class is 5 and a half hours long and runs from 9.30am- 3pm.

We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance. All bookings are subject to availability.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

  • Minimum age: 13 (under 18’s need parental or guardian consent) A soft drink alternative will be offered to under 18's.
  • ID may be required.
  • It's not possible have spectators unfortunately. All attendees must be paying participants in the class.
  • If you are gluten intolerant, please make the provider aware of this when booking as many classes can be altered and tailored to suit a gluten free diet.
  • You will be able to purchase a good selection of equipment that you use in our classes, as well as a variety of spices.
  • Please wear comfortable clothes and comfortable shoes (no flip-flops or open toed shoes).
  • There is ample car parking on site, free of charge.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
