The Main Event
Get yourself ready for a completely unique underground adventure with Zip World's Caverns experience.
The caverns host the world’s largest fully underground zip line which is perfect for the ultimate adrenaline junkie as you negotiate obstacles, tunnels and zip lines. Set in a disused slate mine in North Wales, the tunnels have been inaccessible for the last 200 years but now they’re open and ready for you to take on this brilliant venture!
You and up to six friends will be fully kitted out and have a safety briefing before you undertake the rope bridges, lines, tricky via ferratas and tunnels.
This is a challenging and novel way to spend the day with friends and family and really appreciate the mines from hundreds of years ago. It won’t be an experience that is forgotten in a hurry!
Important Bits
When
This voucher is valid year round, with the exception of occasional midweek winter days.
This experience is not available in July or August or, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend, 25th December, 1st January and bank holiday Mondays.
Validity
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
Who Can Go
- Minimum age: 10 years. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
- Maximum weight: 20. 4 stone
- Minimum weight: 3 stone 13lb
- Maximum height: 6ft 8in
- Minimum height: 3ft 9in
- You must be able to reach 1.8 metres whilst standing. Maximum height is 2.1 metres.
- Medical conditions such as heart problems, claustrophobia or epilepsy may increase your chance of having an accident - please check with the supplier prior to booking to see if you are suitable for this experience.
- Unfortunately, this experience is not suitable for those suffering with high blood pressure or for pregnant women.
What about Insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
