The Main Event

Step into the enchanting world of blacksmithing and craft your very own wizarding wand in this Harry Potter Wand Making Workshop. Whether for a birthday, a special occasion, or just a fun day out, this experience is perfect for wizards aged 7 and up.

Over the course of three spellbinding hours at the forge, you’ll be guided by expert blacksmiths who will teach you the fascinating history of their craft in a fun and engaging way. No prior experience is needed, just bring your imagination, and they’ll help you shape metal into your very own personalised wand.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel as though you’ve stepped into a magical realm. Surrounded by the sights, sounds, and sparks of traditional blacksmithing, you’ll learn how to heat, hammer, and shape the metal to create a wand that’s uniquely yours. Whether you’re a die-hard Harry Potter fan or simply love the idea of trying something different, this hands-on experience is sure to leave you spellbound.

This experience is fantastic for families, friends, and fellow Potterheads looking for a fun and immersive day out. Imagine the delight on a young wizard’s face as they wield their own handmade creation, ready for magical adventures at home.

At the end of the session, you’ll leave not only with a beautifully crafted wand, but also with a newfound appreciation for blacksmithing and a story to tell for years to come.

Available to book 7 days a week.

Please book in advance for weekends as these can get booked up quickly.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Suitable for ages 7 upwards.
Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult at all times on site.
The forge site is partially wheelchair friendly, and the forge team will try and cater for your requirements. Please discuss this at the time of booking the experience.
Bookings should be made around 8-10 weeks in advance and are subject to availability.
Long sleeves, trousers and trainers/boots are advised. Long hair must be tied back and rings, watches or bracelets removed in the workshop as these pose a snagging hazard.
Personal protective equipment is provided on arrival.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
