The Main Event

Set on a friendly rural farm known for its relaxed, small-group animal encounters, this experience gives you the chance to spend time with some of the farm’s most lovable residents while soaking up the beauty of the Shropshire countryside.

Your day includes three wonderful animal experiences, each offering the chance to get up close with these charming creatures.

First, meet the farm’s pygmy goats, a cheeky little group of tiny goats who are full of personality. Step into the paddock to feed, pet and spend time with them as they bounce around and investigate everything in sight. They’re curious, playful and always up to something, which makes them a joy to meet.

Next, head out to the fields for a relaxed alpaca experience. Instead of walking them on leads, you’ll meet the herd roaming freely in their paddocks. This gives you the chance to see their gentle personalities shine as you feed and pet them while learning more about these fascinating animals. They’re also very photogenic, so no doubt you'll leave with plenty of great photos. You’ll even meet the farm’s llamas and discover what makes them different from their fluffy alpaca cousins.

Finally, it’s time to meet the farm’s magnificent Highland cows. With their long shaggy coats and impressive horns, they’re one of the most recognisable cattle breeds around. During your visit to their paddock, you’ll be able to hand feed, groom and pet these gentle giants, enjoying plenty of opportunities for memorable photos.

After meeting all these wonderful animals, you can sit back and relax with a delicious locally made afternoon tea. Beautifully presented in a picnic-style box, it’s filled with freshly baked cakes, tasty sandwiches and sweet treats, all served with a proper cup of tea. You can enjoy your afternoon tea in the cosy farm café or head outside to take in the sweeping views of the Shropshire countryside.

Combining adorable animals with a classic British treat, this VIP farm experience makes a fantastic gift and a truly memorable day out.
