Located in the heart of Manchester, this experience is an invitation to explore a treasure trove of fine spirits beyond the usual gin and tonic.
Begin your experience by selecting an arrival drink. Choose from a classic gin and tonic, a spiced rum, or a vermouth, each a preview to the array of spirits you’ll enjoy.
Next, enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at the distillery, where you may even be able to watch the distillers at work. From the careful selection of ingredients through to the distillation process, every step is performed with passion and expertise.
During this guided tasting, you’ll be introduced to a variety of spirits, each with its own unique flavour profile, backstory, and production technique. The guided tasting session that follows is a highlight, offering you a chance to sample an assortment of spirits including gin, vodka, rum and more. Learn about the distinct flavours, aromas, and methods used to create each one.
Whether you’re gifting this to a spirit enthusiast or planning a memorable day out with loved ones, the Taste The Distillery Tour promises an enriching and enjoyable experience that will leave you with a deeper appreciation for the art of distillation.
Available on weekdays and weekends from 12:30pm.
Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot be guaranteed so please arrive on time for your time slot.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
