Guests can enjoy full use of the spa facilities, including a fully equipped gym and studio for those who like to balance relaxation with a bit of movement. The 15-metre indoor swimming pool is ideal for a gentle swim, while the sauna and steam room offer the perfect excuse to unwind properly. Whether you spend your time floating, stretching or simply sitting back and doing absolutely nothing, it’s all about enjoying some much-needed you time.

To make the day even better, the experience includes a delicious two-course lunch. It’s the perfect mid-spa pause, giving you a chance to refuel, relax and enjoy good food in a lovely setting before heading back for more downtime.

Spa facilities are open:
Monday - Friday: 6:30am - 8:00pm
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays: 8:00am - 8:00pm

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to complete a consultation form.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Minimum age: 18
Please advise the spa at the time of booking of any medical conditions, so they can confirm whether this may affect your experience.
Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Some treatments and products are not suitable during pregnancy, please check when booking.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
