Using a carefully chosen blend of essential oils and calming sound elements, it helps ease tension and leaves you feeling comfortably relaxed rather than sleepy for the rest of the day.

Alongside this, guests enjoy a Remedy Facial, created especially for sensitive and delicate skin. With a prebiotic from sugar beets and nourishing marula oil, it helps soothe discomfort and support the skin’s natural defences, leaving skin feeling calm and refreshed. The final treatment is a choice of a Hand or Foot Ritual, or a Mii nail file and polish, adding a simple finishing touch.

Guests can enjoy use of the spa facilities throughout the day, including the 15-metre indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. There’s also a fully equipped gym and studio for those who like to start with a gentle workout before winding down, or you can simply focus on relaxation from start to finish.
