I was on a tour guided by John, he explained that each guide formulated their own tours. His tour only showed one 'secret' part of the underground, which was viewed through a window inside a station. Your experience may be better, showing parts that the public don't get to see.
The tour company, Evan Evans, made a right mess of the booking and Wonderdays had to rescue the situation. Just to make matters worse, at the start of the tour Evan Evans sent a photographer to accompany us who was going to put the tour pictures on Social media. Having not been notified and being aware what had happened to colleagues, John made it very clear that his image was not available for free and sent the photographer packing.
We went on about 9 trains plus, at a line change, going up to street level and back down.
The tour would have been less frustrating had I been aware that paper tickets were not suitable for the many entry/exit gates that we had to pass through.
John had done a fair bit of research to make this tour very interesting. Despite the frustrations, I'm very pleased that I took the tour. Thanks Wonderdays.

I really enjoyed the tour, I found it interesting & informative.
Our guide Aaron was clear, friendly & made a pleasant tour.
Only recommendation would be for the tour guide to have a bright top, or flag to aid following when crowded.
