A Private Wingsurfing Lesson is the perfect gift experience for anyone looking to take their wingsurfing skills to the next level. Taking place at West Kirby Marine Lake in Merseyside, this one-to-one coaching session offers personalised instruction and expert tips to help wingsurfers refine their technique.
Whether they’re a watersports enthusiast or someone keen to master the art of wingsurfing, this experience will see them gliding across the water with confidence. The session starts with some theory on land, covering key techniques, safety, and any personal goals before heading onto the water. With an instructor on a boat right alongside them, they’ll receive real-time coaching, demonstrations, and encouragement to help them improve every step of the way.
All equipment is provided, so there’s no need to worry about bringing anything, although if they have their own gear, they’re more than welcome to use it.

This session is recommended for those who already have some wingsurfing experience.
This is a 2 hour experience.
What to bring with you:
A surfing wetsuit, if you prefer to use your own. However a wetsuit will be provided for you to wear
A towel and shower gel
Sunglasses, as you'll be looking up at the sky a lot during the session
Any emergency medication you'll need
Snacks and a drink
Facilities available at West Kirby Marine Lake

Changing areas
Hot showers
Available to book daily, subject to availability and suitable weather conditions.
Please be aware this is a weather dependant activity.
A wind speed of between 8 and 25 knots is needed for the session to go ahead.
If a lesson is cancelled due to unsuitable weather conditions, your session will be rescheduled.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
