The session starts with some theory on land, covering key techniques, safety, and any personal goals before heading onto the water. With an instructor on a boat right alongside them, they’ll receive real-time coaching, demonstrations, and encouragement to help them improve every step of the way.
All equipment is provided, so there’s no need to worry about bringing anything, although if they have their own gear, they’re more than welcome to use it.

This is a 2 hour experience.
What to bring with you:
A surfing wetsuit, if you prefer to use your own. However a wetsuit will be provided for you to wear
A towel and shower gel
Sunglasses, as you'll be looking up at the sky a lot during the session
Any emergency medication you'll need
Snacks and a drink

Available to book daily, subject to availability and suitable weather conditions.
Please be aware this is a weather dependant activity.
A wind speed of between 8 and 25 knots is needed for the session to go ahead.
If a lesson is cancelled due to unsuitable weather conditions, your session will be rescheduled.
