Your adventure begins at one of three launch locations across Norfolk and Suffolk. After meeting your pilot and watching the balloon prepare for take-off, you'll gently float skywards for a private flight shared only with each other and the pilot. With no other passengers on board, you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity of floating above the stunning countryside below.
As you drift peacefully through the air, you'll take in spectacular views of charming villages and picturesque landscapes stretching as far as the eye can see. The flight lasts around an hour, giving you plenty of time to soak up the scenery and experience the magic of ballooning at its most exclusive.
Once back on the ground, the celebrations continue with a complimentary glass of champagne to toast your adventure. This special package also includes a luxury hamper packed with delicious local produce from Norfolk and Suffolk, along with a bottle of fizz. It's the perfect way to extend the experience and enjoy a taste of the region together.
The whole experience lasts approximately 3–4 hours and includes return transport back to the launch site after landing, making the day completely stress-free from start to finish.

The hamper is not suitable for people with food allergies (contains nuts and dairy).
Vouchers are non-refundable. If your booked flight has to be cancelled due to weather, the flight provider will liaise with you to reschedule as per their booking terms and conditions.
Available to book weekdays and weekends up to 6 months in advance.
Morning flights: Meeting between 5.30am and 7am
Afternoon flights: Meeting between 3pm and 6pm
Flight times vary by season. These timings ensure the best possible views during your hot air balloon experience.
All flights are weather-dependent and subject to availability.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
