The Main Event

A private champagne hot air balloon flight is the kind of experience people talk about for years.

With this exclusive flight, you and your guests will enjoy the magic of hot air ballooning in a small, private balloon shared only with the pilot. No crowds, no distractions, just breathtaking views, peaceful skies and an unforgettable adventure.

The adventure begins at one of three launch locations across Norfolk and Suffolk. You can choose either a morning or afternoon flight. As the balloon rises, you'll enjoy incredible panoramic views, a wonderful sense of freedom and the quiet tranquillity that makes ballooning so special.

The flight itself lasts around an hour, giving you plenty of time to relax and soak up the scenery. From patchwork fields and charming villages to winding rivers and open countryside, every journey offers its own spectacular views. The entire experience takes approximately 3–4 hours, including preparation, the flight and return transport back to the launch site after landing.

And what better way to celebrate your adventure than with a complimentary glass of champagne? Raise a toast high above the landscape and enjoy a moment you'll remember long after your feet are back on the ground.

Important Bits

Important to Note

Vouchers are non-refundable. If your booked flight has to be cancelled due to weather, the flight provider will liaise with you to reschedule as per their booking terms and conditions.

When

Available to book weekdays and weekends up to 6 months in advance.

Morning flights: Meeting between 5.30am and 7am
Afternoon flights: Meeting between 3pm and 6pm

Flight times vary by season. These timings ensure the best possible views during your hot air balloon experience.

All flights are weather-dependent and subject to availability.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Anyone aged 7 or over and at least 4ft 6in tall can fly.
Those aged under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+.
If you're pregnant or have recently undergone major surgery, you can't fly in a hot air balloon. The balloon flight provider will liaise with you to reschedule as per their booking terms and conditions.
Weight supplements apply for those over 20 stone in weight or those over 18 stone and under 6ft tall.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
