The Main Event
Combining the power of meditation and spending time in nature, this meditation experience promises a truly relaxing couple of hours.
Set in the gorgeous tranquil setting of the Lake District, you can look forward to an enchanting and de-stressing experience like no other.
You'll meet the horses and spend time grooming them before being talked through a series of relaxation processes to help you fully relax and settle you into a meditative state, that's the humans and horses!
Children are encouraged to participate through games and breathing exercises and will have time to interact with the horses and experience their therapeutic energy. Spending time with these gentle giants in a beautiful environment can help us find that inner peace that we all crave so much, no matter our age.
This unique meditation experience welcomes all ages, those new to meditation and those more experienced in meditation practices.

You'll be part of a small group of up to 15 participants.

Who Can Go
- Minimum age is 5 years old.
- Under 16's must be accompanied by a paying adult (over 18).
- Please dress appropriately for the weather as this is an outdoor activity. Warm clothes and waterproofs are recommended.
- Please bring a bottle of water with you.
What about Insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
