Please allow around 90 mins for the exhibition and 1-1.5 hours for the meal.

This experience is available Monday to Sunday from 10am-1pm or 2pm-4pm, (open at 12pm on Mondays) subject to availability.
Excluding Bank holidays, Christmas day & Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, 1st January, 14th February Dinner.

The Shakedown Restaurant
Monday to Friday from 12:00 until 22:00, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 15:00 until 22:00.

Saturdays & Sundays – No lunch available at weekends. Dinner only.

The Shakedown close out dates: Bank holidays, Christmas day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, 1st January, 14th February Dinner.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

The exhibition venue is wheelchair accessible.
The exhibition venue has two entrances – a main entrance on Bermondsey Street and an additional tunnel way entrance round the corner to the left next to Electric Shuffle. Both are step free and fully accessible for wheelchairs.
All exhibition spaces are on a ground floor level and fully accessible. The exhibition space has a slight raised flooring and there is ramped access throughout.
No food is permitted inside the exhibition.
Flash photography and tripods/monopods are not permitted. Please be careful not to disturb the other guests. You are welcome to photograph and film and share everything for your private use, e.g. on your social channels. Commercial use of photographs is not permitted.
There are no cloakroom facilities at the exhibition venue.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
