The tour goes beyond the ordinary as it lets guests field questions in a virtual press conference with Pep Guardiola. The excitement continues with a visit to the M Bar on matchdays, where guides await to accompany visitors through the vibrant concourse. The experience extends to the Home Team dressing room, where an immersive audio-visual show reveals the behind-the-scenes preparations on matchdays. Walking down the famous glass players' tunnel, sitting in the dugouts, and exploring the award-winning hospitality suite, The Tunnel Club, all make this an amazing journey. The tour also offers insight into the players' pre-match routines in the First Team warm-up area, providing an authentic glimpse into the world of professional football preparation.

Important to Note

Tours on a home match day
If you book a tour that falls on the day of a Manchester City fixture (Home) or from 1 pm the day before a home Champions League fixture, there will be restrictions in place. You will experience the exciting buzz of the stadium getting ready for the big game, but due to key areas becoming operational for the match, your tour content will not include a number of areas including the dressing rooms, dugouts, the tunnel, or the press conference room.

Tour routes may change
As the Etihad stadium is a working stadium we cannot guarantee what you will see on any given day. Tour routes may have to be changed at short notice.

When

The Manchester City Stadium Tour is available 7 days a week.

Tours run between 10:00am and 3:30pm.

Please allow around 75 minutes for the stadium tour and arrive 15 minutes early for your tour for registration.

The start point is M Gate, on the South side of the stadium, located near the South Stand Ticket Office.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Hotels featured in this experience are allocated subject to availability, under a non-amendable non-refundable basis once booked.
Extra nights available for a supplement. Extra adults/children available for a supplement.
The Etihad Stadium is fully accessible for visitors, with lift access between levels, accessible parking on site and ramp access to the pitch side areas.
The tour guides will be able to facilitate an accessible route for you around the stadium on request.
There is a complete BSL (British Sign Language) translation of the tour on the interactive media guides alongside a text translation of the tour script that will allow you to enjoy commentary on the tour as you visit the different locations in the stadium.
Please avoid bringing any baggage to the Etihad Stadium. All baggage will be searched before gaining entry to the Stadium.
Photography is permitted within the Ethiad Stadium, unless otherwise instructed.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

What type of hotel will I be staying in?

Hotels featured in this experience are allocated to you, subject to availability, under a non-amendable and non-refundable basis once booked.

You will be staying in either a 3* or a 4* hotel depending on what you have selected.

Can I stay an extra night or add another person to the stay?

Extra nights are available subject to availability for a supplement. Extra adults/children can be added subject to availability for a supplement.

Is breakfast included with my hotel stay?

Unless specified, breakfast is not included.

How do I book this experience?

You will need to fill out a booking form with the experience provider. This form will ask you for details such as your contact details, the name of the attraction you want to visit and whether you'd like this on the day of arrival or the following day, the number of rooms required, your preferred check in dates, and your WonderDays voucher code.

By submitting this form your WonderDays vouchers will become non-refundable and cannot be changed.

What happens next?

The experience provider will contact you within 72 hours to acknowledge your booking request. They will liaise with you to confirm entry to the attraction and which day you'd like to visit it on, as well as confirm your hotel location.

You will then be emailed a booking confirmation for your attraction and overnight stay. Please read this carefully as it will contain important information regarding your booking. Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder in case your filter has placed them there.

When will I get my attraction tickets?

Your attraction tickets will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your arrival date, often sooner. These can be printed or shown on a mobile device.
