The Up at The O2 experience begins just to the left of The O2’s main entrance. After checking in 15 minutes before your climb, you’ll meet your group, get kitted out with a climbing suit, shoes and harness, and receive a full safety briefing. Then it’s time to scale the roof of The O2 on a 90 minute adventure that includes the climb, summit stop and descent. Your expert guide will lead the way, ensuring everything is safe and seriously fun.
At 52 metres high, the summit offers unbeatable 360 degree views across the city. On a clear day, you can see up to 15 miles away – spotting iconic sights like Canary Wharf, the Olympic Park and more. You are requested to arrive 15 minutes before your climb time and the climb takes 90 minutes.
Latecomers will not be admitted and will not be refunded.

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

What happens next?
When you book, you'll be able to choose your location and the dates of your stay.
Once we have received your date request, please allow 24 hours for an email from us with three of the best hotel rooms to choose from, available at that time.
Once you have chosen a hotel room, your booking will be placed with the hotel and all booking confirmations will be forwarded to you.
