The river cruise provider has two historical vessels: The Dazzle and Royal Iris of the Mersey. They reserve the right to change the vessel service, due to operational reasons.

When

Afternoon Tea

The afternoon tea is available to book Sunday to Friday between 12pm and 2pm.

However, during December, this experience is only available from Sunday to Wednesday.

Please arrive at the terminal ready for boarding 15 minutes before the departure time.

During weekends, school and public holidays, we encourage visitors to travel on the earlier daytime sailings if possible.

Please note that river cruises are not available on the 24th - 28th December & 1st January.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Adults: 18+
Toilets (including accessible toilets) are available in the terminals and on the ferries
All ferries and terminals are wheelchair accessible
Please note that the link span bridge, which connects the ferry terminal to the landing stage, can be quite steep, especially at low tide

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
